ASCD Empower20 is designed to showcase information, ideas, products, and services for our members and attendees.
To fulfill this goal, the association reserves the right to review all exhibit applications for eligibility. All applications are subject to approval by ASCD based on the following criteria:

ASCD rents booth space on a first-come, first-served basis for the best available. Booth sizes start at 10' x 10' and increase in 10' increments.
10' x10' Inline Booth: $2,200
Exposed Corner Fee: $200 per corner
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is due with the booth reservation. Booth balances are due on or before October 1, 2019.

Note: Floor covering is required. Because a large number of exhibitors prefer to select and provide their own booth flooring, you must purchase carpet separately.
Special signs, booth construction, apparatus, or lighting fixtures may not exceed the 8-foot high back wall. In straight-line booths, all construction or parts of the display exceeding 4 feet in height must be at least 5 feet in from the aisle.
Interference with the light or space of other exhibits is not permitted. Island areas of 20' x 20' or larger, with the approval of management, may extend up to but not exceed 20 feet in height.

A 50% nonrefundable deposit must be submitted with the application. Applications without payment will not be processed. The booth balance is due no later than October 1, 2019.
Applications submitted after October 1, 2019 must include full payment.
Failure to pay the balance by the deadline will subject the exhibitor to cancellation of the contract and forfeiture of all monies paid.
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Exhibits Manager.
No refunds or credits will be issues if an exhibitor chooses to downsize after the initial space selection. If the exhibits manager receives a written request for cancellation of space on or before October 1, 2019, the exhibitor will be eligible for a refund of monies paid less the 50% deposit. No refunds will be made in any amount, or for any reason, for cancellation notices received after October 1, 2019.
Failure to occupy booth space does not release the exhibitor from the obligation to pay for the full cost of the rental.
If booth space is not occupied by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2020, ASCD Exhibit Management will have the right to use such space as it sees fit in order to eliminate empty spaces in the Exhibit Hall.
