Exhibit Hall Hours*

Exhibitors are allowed into the Exhibit Hall one hour before the hall opens.

Grand Opening: Saturday, March 16	8:30 a.m.
Saturday, March 16	8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Sunday, March 17	8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Monday, March 18	8:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Booth Installation and Dismantling Schedule

Exhibit Setup

Thursday, March 14, 1:00–6:00 p.m.
Friday, March 15, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Exhibit Move Out*

Monday, March 18, 1:00–6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, March 19, 8:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.

*Early dismantling is disruptive to the exhibit show; therefore exhibitors may not pack, tear down, or remove any portion of the exhibit prior to the official closing at 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 18. Requests for early breakdown and outbound material order forms from Freeman Co. will not be granted.

Lead Retrieval

Lead Retrieval information is available through FreemanOnline (the Exhibitor Service Manual) under "Order Products & Services." A link to the manual will be e-mailed to all exhibitor contacts mid-January 2019.
